1. Reporting a Faulty Product:
If a customer believes that a product is faulty or not functioning as intended, they are required to notify us promptly by providing a detailed description of the issue. To facilitate a thorough assessment, we request that the customer also submit a video demonstration clearly showcasing the defect or malfunction.
2. Product Return and Quality Check:
Upon receiving the video evidence, our team will review the case and, if deemed necessary, initiate a reverse pickup through our authorized courier partner. The product will be collected and returned to us for a comprehensive quality check.
3. Replacement or Resolution:

Genuine Claims: If our quality check confirms that the product is indeed faulty or not functioning as described, we will promptly ship a replacement product to the customer at no additional cost.

Invalid Claims: If the quality check reveals that the product is not faulty or if the claim is found to be deceptive, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. In such cases, the cost of shipping the product back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer and not of Thirdbase.
4. Final Decision:
Thirdbase reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the condition of the returned product and the validity of the customer's claim. Our decision will be based on the results of the quality check and any other relevant factors.
