Are Thirdbase products safe to use?
Absolutely! Our R&D team works tirelessly to ensure every product is safe, effective, and designed with you in mind. We run a thorough beta testing program where real people try our products and share their feedback before they hit the shelves.
However, since every body is unique, if you have extra sensitive skin, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a doctor immediately if you experience any discomfort.

Does Thirdbase really offer free shipping?
Yes, absolutely. Shipping’s on us! We’re not about sneaky extra charges disguised as shipping fees. At Thirdbase, it’s always free because hey, we get it—unexpected charges are just as off-putting as a date who won’t stop talking about their ex.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We totally get the excitement of waiting for your package to arrive. Most orders placed before 1 PM are shipped out the same day. If you're in a rush and just can't wait, drop us an email, we’ll do our best to speed things up for you.
How long does delivery usually take?
We’ve teamed up with top-notch delivery partners to get your goodies to you in about 3- 4 business days after shipping (sometimes even sooner if you're in a metro city). Remote locations might take a bit longer, but hey, good things are worth the wait. We’re always on it, tracking your order and doing our best to get it to you ASAP.
Does Thirdbase deliver to my PIN code?
We work with multiple delivery partners to cover as many PIN codes across India as possible. You can easily check if your area is serviced right on the product pages of our website. If we don’t currently deliver to your zip code, don’t worry, just drop us an email or WhatsApp, and we’ll figure out a way to send your products.
Will my products be delivered discreetly?
Absolutely! We've made sure your Thirdbase experience is as discreet as possible. When you place an order, the transaction will show as “Thirdbase Wellness Private Limited” on your emails and bank statements. As for the package?
It’s shipped in a plain, unmarked cardboard box. No branding, no company name, and no product details on the outside.
Just a discreet, private delivery. We also recommend choosing an address where you can personally receive the package to avoid any unwanted interruptions. If you have any special shipping requests, just reach out via email, we’re happy to help.
How will I know if my order has been placed?
Once you place your order, you’ll get an email confirmation-your receipt and all the details in one place. Don’t have an email? No worries. You’ll receive a Whatsapp message from us when our shipping partner picks up your order. If your payment has been processed but you don’t hear from us, just reach out and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be assigned to you once your order has been dispatched. You should receive a Whatsapp confirmation message with your tracking number and a link through which you can track your order. If you can't find it, just drop us an email at care@thirdbase.co and we'll help you out.
How can I change my shipping address?
Whoops, got the shipping address wrong? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Just drop us an email at care@thirdbase.co, and we’ll try to fix it. The earlier you reach out, the better, especially if your order hasn’t left the Thirdbase warehouse yet.
PAYMENTS
What forms of payments do you accept?
We’ve got you covered with a wide range of payment options. You can use all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), most wallets, UPI (like Paytm, Google Pay), and net banking. Whatever works best for you, we’ve made sure it’s easy to pay. Speaking of easy to pay, we also offer EMI payment options (feel free to explore that during checkout).
Is Cash on delivery an option?
As a homegrown brand, we totally get that trust is key, and like any small business, we face our own set of challenges- like fake orders. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ve introduced a partial COD option wherein you pay only Rs 99 upfront and the remaining when your package arrives.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Your information is safe with us. We use industry-leading security measures, including secure hosting, and SSL encryption. All data is encrypted during transmission, ensuring privacy. We adhere to the highest level of internet security practices.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
How can I cancel my order?
Usually you can cancel your order within 6 hours by reaching out to us. However, we try to ship our orders out as soon as possible, so once your order has been shipped we won't be able to process any cancellations.
What’s your return policy?
While we do not accept any returns, in the rare case that you face an issue with your product and need a replacement or refund, we’ve got your back! We’ll do everything we can to make things right and ensure you’re happy with your experience.
What if my order is defective or damaged?
We’re really sorry if you've received a damaged or defective product. We take quality control seriously, and it's super rare for something like this to happen. If it does, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a video showcasing the issue at care@thirdbase.co, and we'll make it right by arranging a replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you submit your cancellation request, it will take us between 24 and 48 hours to process it. You can then expect your refund to be issued within 4-7 business days in case of prepaid orders and 10-14 business days in case of partial COD orders, depending on your chosen method:
Original form of payment: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Store credit: The refunded amount will be added to your store credit balance, which you can use for future purchases.
Gift card: Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to the original gift card.
