Are Thirdbase products safe to use?
Yes, our R&D team has worked hard to make the products safe to use, without any hesitation.
Our team tests all the products before listing it on our website. Our products are fabricated in licensed factories, the products have also been approved, wherever necessary, and are curated with medical-grade elements.
What are Thirdbase’s products made of?
Thirdbase’s products have been made of FDA-approved, body-safe silicone, with rechargeable batteries. We are committed to cruelty-free practices and none of our products, are tested on animals.
Do you offer replacements? If yes, is there a recommended time frame under which I can place a replacement request?
We recommend filing a replacement request as soon as possible upon identifying any damage to your order. Ideally, this should be within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Here's why acting quickly is helpful:
If the damage happened during transit: If the damage appears to be caused during shipping, a prompt replacement request allows us to work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
If the issue is from the delivery end: Reporting concerns upon receiving the package helps us ensure proper handling by delivery personnels in the future.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for a smooth replacement process, recording a video while unboxing your item provides valuable documentation of any pre-existing damage.
Remember: The sooner you report an issue, the faster & smoother will the entire process be.
Which lotion goes well with your products?
Water-based lotions, such as Dive are safe to use with our products.
Stay tuned for the launch of Dive on our website.
It is recommended not to use oil-based lotions, as they can damage the product.
Can I get a refund or replacement if my product arrives damaged?
We take pride in thoroughly inspecting each product before packing and shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video and send it to our care team at care@thirdbase.co
Upon reviewing the video, we will promptly take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Is it safe to use your products while I’m pregnant or on my period?
Feel free to use any of our products during your period! If you experience any burning or discomfort, simply stop using the product immediately.
What is the recommended course of action if I have an adverse reaction to one of your products?
While all our products are designed to be gentle, it's important to prioritize your comfort. If you experience any burning or discomfort while using a product during your period, discontinue use immediately. If you experience persistent discomfort, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
How loud are Thirdbase products?
Our products are incredibly quiet, ensuring discretion during your self care routine. However, be prepared for powerful waves at the highest intensity settings!
How can I clean and store my products?
Wash Thirdbase products with mild soap and water and pat dry with a soft towel. Make sure that you follow this practice both before and after use.
For storage, you can keep it in its packaging or a pouch. Make sure that it is kept in a dry and safe space.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All users are eligible for a free replacement within 180 days of purchase in case of defects & product malfunction.

We accept UPI and all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
Do you offer any financing or instalment plans for your products?
Our payment methods currently do not include instalment plans or deferred payment options.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Your information is safe with us. We use industry-leading security measures, including secure hosting, and SSL encryption. All data is encrypted during transmission, ensuring privacy. We adhere to the highest level of internet security practices.
SHIPPING
Does Thirdbase offer free shipping?
Yes, we are a proud member of the free shipping club. We offer free shipping on all orders pan India.
Can I get express shipping on my orders?
Currently, we only offer express one-day delivery in the Delhi NCR region.
We prioritise fast shipping to fuel your excitement! Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days, but occasional delays may occur during peak times. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification from our delivery partners.
Does Thirdbase deliver to my PIN?
To maximise our delivery reach, we collaborate with various logistics providers. In the rare instance that your postal code falls outside our current service area, we will endeavor to explore alternative fulfillment options.
How do I access my order tracking number?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also find it in your account under "Previous Orders." If you have any trouble locating it, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Will the product packaging be discrete for my orders?
We get it, privacy matters! We ensure your orders are discreet. They'll show as "Thirdbase legal entity name" on statements, and packages come in plain boxes.
For ultimate control, choose a delivery address where you can receive them directly.
Will all my packages be delivered separately?
We understand the importance of receiving your order completely and quickly. While we aim to ship everything together, occasional stock limitations may require separate shipments. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed in case of partial shipments.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, you can reach out to us at our email address care@thirdbase.com and we will look out for options for updating the address before it ships from our warehouse.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Currently, our express one-day delivery is only available in the Delhi NCR region.
While we don't currently offer next-day delivery on other pin codes, we strive to ship your order the next business day after it has been received. We're also planning to list our products on quick commerce platforms, which will offer same-day or next-day delivery options soon.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I exchange a product if I need to?
We offer exchanges for unopened & unused products and damaged deliveries within 48 hours of receiving & required checks. Contact us at care@thirdbase.com to initiate the process.
How can I return an item to Thirdbase?
All our electronic devices come with a 120-day warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions. We're committed to delivering quality products to ensure your satisfaction.
How can I cancel my order at Thirdbase?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, but only if it hasn't been shipped yet. To ensure a successful cancellation and full refund, your cancellation request must reach us within 6 hours of receiving your order confirmation email and before the order is shipped out.
Please note that even if your cancellation request falls within this timeframe, a restocking fee may still apply.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you submit your cancellation request, it will take us between 24 and 48 hours to process it. You can then expect your refund to be issued within 4-7 business days, depending on your chosen method:
Original form of payment: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Store credit: The refunded amount will be added to your store credit balance, which you can use for future purchases.
Gift card: Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to the original gift card.
