Shipping Guidelines

At ThirdBase, enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above INR499. We understand your eagerness to receive your ThirdBase products promptly, and we offer a 24-hour express shipping option for those in a hurry. Should you desire extra discreet or expedited delivery, reach out to us, and we'll strive to accommodate your request. Once our third-party delivery partners pick up your order, expect a text/email notification. Easily track your order using your email order number or contact support@thirdbase.com for assistance.

Shipping Timelines

Efficiency is our priority. Generally, it takes:

- 24 business hours for order preparation (for prepaid orders)

- 1-3 business days for order delivery to major metro cities

- 5-7 business days for non-metro cities

Timelines may vary based on your pincode and external factors. We collaborate with reputable delivery partners, often resulting in earlier-than-expected deliveries, depending on your location. While metro cities usually experience quicker delivery, remote locations may take a bit longer. We're committed to ensuring the timely delivery of all orders.

Returns Policy

Dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction, our products undergo rigorous testing, and shipments are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the rare event of an issue with your product, necessitating a replacement or refund, we'll do our utmost to assist you.

Due to the personal nature of our products, opened, part-consumed, or used items cannot be returned. To initiate a return/refund request:

Submit the request within 48 hours of package receipt, including your Order ID. To assess product condition, we may request images or video. If approved, we'll contact you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we facilitate return/refund, you'll be responsible for covering all shipping costs (Rs.75 for initial shipment and Rs.150 for return shipment and processing).

Exchange Policy

For unopened and unused product exchanges, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll gladly assist you.

Late/Unacceptable Returns And Exchanges

Failure to contact us within 48 hours may render your item ineligible for return/refund. Returns will be denied if the product is used, opened, or the seal is tampered with.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item at our ThirdBase fulfillment center, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, we'll notify you via email. Please allow up to 15 days from approval for the refund to reflect in your account, considering bank processing times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of order placement, as long as it hasn't shipped. If shipped, initiate a return, provided the original packaging remains unopened.
